Kiko Make Up Milano

A few weeks ago I went to Rome with my family. We were so busy sightseeing, that I didn't even think about shopping. Until we came across a Kiko store in Vatican City. I practically dragged my mum and sister in there and together we explored the wonderful world of Kiko.

The first product I was desperate to buy, was this water eyeshadow 228. It is a taupe/greyish shade with a pretty purple shimmer.I think it's a beautiful colour, but sadly it creases very fast, even with a primer underneath. I haven't tried applying it with water yet, so I'm not quite sure what that'll do to it.

Then I stumbled upon this beauty: the Glow Touch lips & cheeks 102 wave hibiscus. I've always wanted to try a liquid blush (well, sorta liquid) and it was on sale, so it was the perfect match! It is very easy to apply as a blush and as lipbalm, but I do think that it is less hygienic than something with an applicator. As you can see on the picture, it attracts dustlike honey attracts bees. Despite being unhygienic, I like this product a lot. It stays on your cheeks for a full day and it feels nice on my lips ^.^

From left to right: Wave Hibiscus applied as blush and applied as lipbalm, water eyeshadow 228 applied with water and without water

Wearing water eyeshadow 228 on my eyes and wave hibiscus as lipbalm and blush.

Now I really want a Kiko store in the Netherlands. I can't wait to try more of their products :)

Have you ever tried Kiko makeup? What did you think? Let me know in the comments ^.^

Lush Christmas Lip Products

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way to Lush! On a recent school trip to the Hague, we went to Lush and I bought these amazing products ^.^

Both of these products taste like Coca Cola, which is amazing because you don't have to worry about getting gross lipscrub in your mouth. There are also teeny tiny (eatable) hearts in the lipscrub. It makes my lips supersoft, even in this cold, horrible weather. The liptint is an orange-red colour and I think it looks really christmas-y. The only thing I don't really likeabout it, is the package. I can barely open it and when I manage to, I can't apply it real quick because I need a brush, otherwise my fingers will be red for the rest of the day (I've had that experience). It does stay on for a really long time, so that makes up for it. Oh and in the last photo it looks as if I have a really bad moustache. Guess I didn't realize Movember was over :').

I think these christmas products would make perfect gifts and I think the lipcolour would look really festive on anyone!

Have a nice day!

Autumn wishlist

Hi guys! I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a while, but I had a very bad case of bloggers block. My inspiration was gone and I had no idea what to write about. But I'm back now! Officially it's still summer, but with all the rain that's happening over here, it feels a lot like autumn, which means.. I HAVE A NEW EXCUSE TO GO SHOPPING! So, it's time for a new wishlist ^.^

I NEED a polka dot cardigan this autumn. But I haven't found one that I loved yet. I'm looking for something that looks like the one shown in the picture, but a little fluffier, if that makes sense :') If you know what I mean and you've seen one somewhere, please tell me in the comments!

I've always loved the idea of having an old record player and being able to enjoy old records, so you could understand how happy I was when my grandparents gave me their old one! I've already listened to the old Grease record my mom listened to when she was my age and I love it! I can't wait to go to second hand stores and buy some other records.

A Sherlock coat. Do I need to say more? SHERLOCK.

Yes, I already own a onesie, but one can never have enough onesies, right? Especially when they have polka dots on them and are inspired by Minnie Mouse.

I never really liked Dr. Martens shoes. I kind of hated them and thought they were far too manly and big. But recently my style has changed a bit and I've started to really like them. Especially the Dr. Martens shoes with flowers. Just a shame they're so expensive..

Did you know that I've done figure skating for a few years? So, of course I love the skater skirt! And yet, I still don't own any skater skirts. Need to change that soon. I'd love to pair them with some mickey mouse tights. I saw Little Mixes Jade Thirlwall wearing these and they're the cutest things ever!

And now I just need a job so I can afford all of this :'). What are some of the musthaves on your autumn wishlist? Tell me in the comments!

Have a nice day!

Summer Haul ^.^

Hi guys! I bought quite a lot of stuff this summer, but it was too much to show it all in one post, so I decided to make a haul video. This is the fourth video on my Youtube channel, and I have to say, I'm starting to like filming videos more and more every time I make one. I'm still getting used to the whole "talking-in-front-of-a-camrea-thing" so I'm still a little bit awkward :p I'm sure it will get better when I make more videos.

Have a nice day and enjoy watching ^.^

Summer Feelings

Yay! Summer! Most of us love the summer, and so do I. Right now I'm camping with my parents and my brother, and though I don't really like camping (5 minute showers, ants everywhere and a leaky tent) I'm having a good time. Yesterday, for example, we went shopping in a beautiful city called Freiburg. I took some pictures and I also want to show you some things I bought there! Enjoy!

First of all, there are some amazing buildings in Freiburg! There are lots of little towers and everything looks so different from the Netherlands. On the picture above, you see the church. Around the church are cute little shops and the whole thing together looks beautiful!

Another thing I love are the pastel coloured houses everywhere. Most of the shops in the Netherlands are grey and boring but this.. It's amazing! I want to live in a pastel coloured house now. There was also a man making giant soap bubbles, which made everything look even more awesome. You can see them on the picture if you look closely ^.^

There was a lot of wind, so my hair started acting crazy. I was also wearing a dress, so I had a couple of Marilyn Monroe incidents. Oh well, it was funny!

Aaaaand on to the shopping part! In Germany (and in France, if I'm correct) they have a store called Pimkie, and they sell lots of cute things there! I bought the floral pants/leggings on the picture above, and the sweater I'm wearing on the top picture. The pants were €19,99 and the sweater was €24,99. I also finally bought a flower crown thingy! I wanted one so bad but I couldn't find the right one because the flowers were too big, or it didn't feel comfortable, but now I finally found the perfect one! I'm wearing it on the top picture. I got it from H&M for €4,95.

And last but not least, this gorgeous Ciaté paint pot in Mojito 019! I was so happy when I found out they sell Ciaté in Germany! All the colours are so pretty I can barely handle it :3. I bought this one for €9,95 and I think I'll pick up another one before we go home ^.^

Today I just lay by the pool and did nothing but swim, eat, read and sunbathe :p. I guess this is my summer vacation so far, how's your summer?

Have a nice day ;)
