Last week!
After abandoning this blog for a good week, I'm back! Last week has been one of the busiest, but also one of the most amazing weeks ever! We performed our school play 4 times last week, and it was awesome! The play was a new version of Puss In Boots and it was hilarious. I've been doing school plays for 3 years now, but this was by far the funniest one I've done. I played a rabbit and I had some ensemble parts. I'm kinda sad that this years school play is already over, our group was so close and we've had the best time. I guess you could say that this is always one of the best weeks of the year!
Aaah I'm already superexcited for next years school play, which will be my last one :(. I'm wondering what play we're going to do next year.. Any suggestions?

About my weekend & failing the 30 days challenge.
Yes, I know, I have failed the 30 days challenge. I'm really sorry but I've had the busiest weekend ever! Friday I was at school the whole day, because we had to rehearse the school play and after that I was reaaaaally tired so I went to bed early. Yesterday I did a photoshoot with one of my best friends Alissa for school, and after that I had a party so I got home pretty late. Buuuut I'm going to try to make it up to you, by sharing some photo's of the photoshoot and the school assignment ^.^
At school we have a subject called CKV, which you could best translate to art & culture. For this subject, we've already done lots of things art-related, like making your own music video or stop motion video. This time, it was fashion related. The assignment is, to create a new piece of clothing from an old piece of clothing. We also had to design an accessory. The last assignment is to do a photoshoot .
These are a few moodboards and pictures we used as inspiration. Our theme is Cinderella In The Fifties, because both of us had a little obsession with Disney princesses when we were little and we just love the fashion of the fifties. So, we decided to use an old H&M pencil skirt to make a tutu for grown ups :p. And it had to have glitters, so we glued little dots of glitter on the tulle. As accessory we made a bracelet with blue shiny beads and a tiny heart at the end.

Tadaaaaaah! I think the whole thing just came out really cute and girly and yay ^.^
Sooo hereby I'm officially giving up on the 30 days challenge. For now. But I just chose the wrong time to do it, because next week is going to be suuuuperbusy with my school play and the week after I'm going on vacation and they have no internet O_o. Not sure if I'm gonna survive. Though I won't be updating everyday, I will still try to update as much as I can, because I like to do so :).

50 Shades Of Lipstick.
Soooo I made a shitload of pictures (or at least it felt like a shitload of pictures) of me wearing all the shades of lipstick I own. Enjoy!
Woah that are a lot of lips :p But well, this was my little appreciation post for my lipsticks. I also own quite a lot of lipglosses, which I do wear often. I just like them better, because they feel nicer on my lips. And you don't have to be afraid of lipstick on your teeth ^.^

The future...
When we were little, most of us wanted to be a princess or an astronaut. Little did we know, nobody was actually going to end up the way we wanted to. Life is full of choices, some are very insignificant, and some are really big. Like the choices that affect our future.
Recently, I had to choose my final subjects. I found it quite hard, because, I'm 15, how can I possibly know what I want to study in two years? How can I even know what I want to do with my life when I'm older? Next year, I'm going to visit lots of universities and I hope that I'll find something that I really like. I don't want to study something that I end up hating, I want to study something that I immediately fall in love with. But I think choosing the right thing is extremely hard sometimes. I mean, I love writing, but what if I start studying journalism and I find out that my writing is rubbish and that I chose the wrong study? And there are other things you have to keep in mind, like, you need to consider the amount of jobs available and lots and lots more.
Oh well, we can't predict the future. Sure, we can hope for the best, but we can never know if we're making the right decision. So we'll just see how it ends ^.^

I watch too many tv shows.
I could honestly say that I am a tv show addict. I watch waaaay too many tv shows and there are still lots of shows that I want to watch. So are two lists: one with all the tv shows that I am already watching or have watched, and one with all the tv shows that I want to watch ^.^

Music of the moment
1. The Way - Ariana Grande feat. Mac Miller
Aaah I love this song! I've listened to it sooo many times but I still like it ^.^ I think Ariana has a great voice and the song fits her really well!
2. Hopeless Wanderer - Mumford & Sons
I love listening to this song when I can't stop thinking about something. It makes me calm and it really helps to clear your mind when you're stressed out.
3. Faster - Matt Nathanson
This is just the perfect song to wake up to! It immediately makes you happy and I think it sounds a lot like summer. The lyrics are quite cute too ^.^
4. Just Give Me A Reason - The Vamps
I already liked Pink's version of this song, but when I found out The Vamps made a cover of it, I started liking it even more! I love The Vamps' style and I adore Brad's voice. And, let's be honest, they aren't bad looking either ;)
5. Patient Love - Passenger
I think this is just a really cute song. And it makes me think of late summer evenings, when it's still hot outside, but you can feel a slight cold breeze. Don't ask me why, because I don't know why either :p.
Soooo here are 5 songs that I have been listening to a lot lately. Do you recommend any songs that I should listen to?

Personal tag
I saw this tag somewhere on the internet, and I thought it would be a fun thing for me to do, so you can get to know me a little bit better!
1. What do you order at Starbucks?
I've never been to Starbucks, but I'd love to try something out. I've heard the frappuccino's are worth a try? So I guess I'd try one of those.
2. What's one thing in your closet you can't live without?
My dresses. I looooove dresses ^.^
3. What's one thing that most people don't know about you?
This is something I don't share with a lot of people, so most people don't know this about me, but I suffer pretty badly from anxiety and panic attacks, which isn't very nice. :(
4. What's one thing you want to do before you die?
This is going to sound so cliché, but I definitely want to get married one day and feel like a princess in a big, sparkly dress. :)
5. What's one food you just can't live without?
Uuum let me think.. I guess.. Pizza! Sometimes I want pizza so badly, that I dream about it.Weird, right?
6. What's one quote that you live your life by?
Don't dream your life, but live your dreams. I think that everyone should try to follow their dreams, as long as it's realistic.
7. What do you like and dislike about the Youtube community?
Aaaah I can think of so many things that I like about Youtube! I love how it can make me laugh at any given time. The only thing I dislike, is how some people can be really mean to eachother in the comments. Be nice, people!
8. What's you number one song on your ipod/itunes?
I'm not sure, but I think my number one song is One Day More or On My Own from Les Misérables. I like singing along to these songs over and over again :p.
9. What kind of style would you describe yourself having?
Definitely girly.
10. Favourite number?
17.
11. Two hobbies?
Singing and playing the piano.
12. Two pet peeves?
Negative people really annoy me and when my sister still lived at home, she used to play the saxophone while I had to study. I seriously wanted to throw that thing out the window or something.
13. Your guilty pleasure?
Songs from Disney. They just make me all happy and nostalgic :p.
I hope you enjoyed reading this and learning a bit more about me!

Just a simple post
Today I don't really feel like writing a long blogpost, so I'm just going to make a short one. Whenever I'm tired or feeling down, I love looking at funny pictures on WeHeartIt or 9Gag. Here are some pictures from WeHeartIt that I thought were funny.

Random dancing.
You could describe me and my friends as a bunch of weirdos. Seriously. One thing that we do a lot, is random dancing. Today, when we were done rehearsing for our school play, we put on really loud music and danced like our lives depended on it. I don't know about you, but I just love dancing. It makes me so happy, and a bit hyperactive too, which I quite like sometimes. Don't get me wrong, I'm a terrible dancer and I look like I'm drunk when I'm dancing, but I love doing it.
Tonight, when I was chilling with my besties, I'm Sexy And I Know It came on, and we just couldn't help but dance to it while we sang the Hunger Games version (I'm Peeta and I know it!) very loudly and probably really off-key. But we had a good laugh, especially when we put on Low (applebottom jeans, boots with the furrrrr). I'm pretty sure we looked like we were completely hammered, but I guess that's just our humor. We dance quite a lot and know the complete routine to We're All In This Together and Kat Graham's Put Your Graffiti On Me. Yes. We are weird. But we're proud of it.

Floral prints & disco pants
Yay! Today was a very happy day because my Boohoo order came in! I bought a cute summer dress with floral print (you can never have enough dresses right?) and discopants. I wanted to try out disco pants for a while, but I wasn't sure whether I'd like them or not. When I found these, for only 15 euros, I immediately bought them because 15 euros is quite cheap, right? And now I'm in love with a pair of disco pants. They are SO comfortable and I just love them and aaah <3.
I wanted to show you guys some clothing combinations with the disco pants. I absolutely love them and I think I'm going to wear them A LOT. :p
I look a bit arrogant in this picture, but I liked the outfit so I decided to put it in anyway. I combined the pants with a sheer t-shirt from H&M and a black top underneath. I thought these DIY galaxy shoes would go well with it too :).
You could also combine them with an oversized jumper like I did here. This jumper is from Primark. I put on some heels to make the outfit a bit more feminine.
I like this outfit the most. I paired the pants with an oversized jumper from H&M and a cute necklace with stars. The necklace is from a Dutch store called Shoeby.
I know the photos aren't that great, but I just wanted to show you how I style my disco pants. I would definitely recommend disco pants, they're just too damn comfortable! Do you own any disco pants, or do you want to buy them?

What would you do if..?
Today I asked one of my best friends what I should blog about today. I thought about making a post with the objects in my room that I like the most, but then she asked me a question. Imagine your house is on fire and everyone is safe. You are able to pick ONE item out of your room to take with you. Which item would you pick? At first I didn't know. I don't really have any objects that are extremely valuable to me. But then I thought, if I lose all of my pictures with my friends, I would become quite sad. I accidentally deleted all of my photos once, and it was horrible. I was able to get most of them back, but the idea of having lost all of my pictures was terrifying. I love watching old pictures and remembering all the fun times I've had and losing your pictures, is like losing a lot of memories. All my pictures are on my laptop, so I would take my laptop with me if my house got on fire. Of course it's never fun to think about your house getting on fire, but it does make you think about which objects are important to you. And, if your house ever gets on fire, at least you'll know what to take with you.
Have you ever thought about this? What would you take if your house got on fire?

The 30 days challenge
I'm going to start doing something called the 30 days challenge, which is basically choosing an activity that you will keep doing everyday for 30 days. For me, this is blogging. I've never really been a person to finish projects, or to even go through with them, so this is a nice idea to try and keep on blogging, instead of only posting something when I'm really bored. So from now on, I will try to post something every day for 30 days. Even if this means posting something really useless or off topic sometimes. The reason that you need to do this for 30 days, is because it takes 30 days to create a new habit. If you've done the thing that you want to make a habit of for 30 days, you are more likely to keep doing it after the 30 days. I think the 30 days challenge is a good way to try out new things and you can do it with so many things. You could also do a work-out-everyday-for-30-days-challenge or you could stop eating sweets for 30 days if you want to.
If you want to try this for yourself, START NOW! Don't wait for a new month or week to start. Think about how good you will feel if you've actually been able to stick to it for 30 days. And, if you think about it, what are 30 days in a lifetime?
Have you ever done a 30 days challenge, or will you do one, after reading this?

A little bit of DIY
I always have this problem with photoframes: I buy them, or get them as a present, but I always end up forgetting about them. I just never find the time to print out some photo's to put in there. So this is the perfect solution! It only took me about 15 minutes and it was fun to do!
The only thing I did was cut out some cute backgrounds from magazines or gift wrapping paper, and put them in the frame! (Oh, and don't mind the picture at the bottom left, it's an embarrassing picture of me with my friends and I thought it looked a bit like we were squeezed aqainst a window or something.. :p) Next thing I did, was write some encouraging or inspirational things on the glass with a sharpie. You could also do this with a whiteboard marker, but I was able to see the letters better with a sharpie and you can always remove it with a bit of nail polish remover!
It's a really simple idea, but I was quite happy with the outcome and I thought I'd share the idea with you guys, for if you have some photoframes laying around ^.^
Bye! Xx

My latest obsession
Many times have I almost bought this perfume. Almost, because I never did it. Until now. I wanted to get this perfume for months and I had been obsessing over this scent so much, that I could even smell it on other people. But now I finally bought it! I got the smallest refillable bottle, because that one was already quite expensive and I still have some other perfumes that I haven't used up yet. And now I can finally smell like an Alien ^.^
I don't really know how to describe the scent, but I'm going to try it anyways. It's a very mysterious scent and it smells like jasmin, white amber and it's a bit woody too. Like I said, I can't really describe it, so you should just go smell it yourself, because it's worth it! I love the bottle too, it looks a bit mysterious and chic at the same time. I just can't stop sniffing myself when I'm wearing this perfume, which probably looks a bit weird, but I can't help it. If you love feminine and mysterious perfumes, you should definitely go check Alien by Thierry Mugler out!
