Experimenting With Makeup #1 | Cara Delevingne Cannes Film Festival

Hi guys! I'm starting a new thing called Experimenting With Makeup, because I love trying new things with makeup so I thought I could share the results with you. I've already done something similar with a Rapunzel look and I loved doing that. Playing around with makeup is, in my opinion, one of the best things to do when you have a lot of makeup. I'll try to put up a post like this every single week from now on ^.^

This week, I tried to copy Cara Delevingne's look at the Cannes Film Festival. I used this tutorial from the amazing Dope2111 and I think it came out pretty well. Of course I'm not half as gorgeous as Cara, but who really is?

Oi, I'm sorry for the bitchy pose in the upper right photo, but what can I say? I'm not very photogenic :') I'm quite pleased with the results, but I think it would've looked better if I had just used a bit more black. And if I looked a little bit more like Cara. I think this look is ideal for parties, or maybe the upcoming christmas season? I would definitely suggest giving it a try, because it's pretty easy to recreate and I think it would look good on everyone.

So, are you going to give this look a try or do you let it pass?
Have a nice day!

Last Minute Halloween Tutorial: Grunge Rock Girl

Hi guys! I finally made a new video today! It's my very first makeup tutorial so don't expect too much from it. I had a lot of fun making this video so I might just make another last minute halloween tutorial soon. Unfortunately, we don't celebrate halloween in the Netherlands, so I never have a good reason to do something weird with my makeup. This year is different though, because someone from school is throwing a halloween themed party for her birthday. I haven't decided what I should go as yet, but I think it'll either be a cat or Tinkerbell. What should I do? Please help me out in the comments!

Have a nice day!

Music of the moment #4

Picture taken from WeHeartIt

Hi guys! I'm sorry I haven't posted anything for such a long time, but I was busy. I haven't been feeling very great lately, so I went to my GP and I got my blood tested. Then I went to the hospital and I got my blood tested again. I also got a long function test and I'm getting another one next week. They don't know what's wrong with me yet, but they think that I'm allergic to something and that's the cause of my weakened immune system. I really hope that they find something and that I can do something to get healthy again, because I'm feeling sick again and I'm bored out of my mind. I never thought that I would say this, but I'd much rather go to school.

Another reason for my lack of posts, is that I feel so uninspired. I just don't know what to write about. I click on 'New Post' everyday and then I just stare at a blank page, not knowing what to do. But now I figured it was time for another music of the moment, because it's been quite a while since I've done one of these. So here it is: a list of five of my favourite songs of the moment.

The Sky Is Falling - Bodhi Jones

Yes, this is kind of a sad song, but I can really relate to it. My anxiety has gotten a lot better lately, but this song perfectly describes the way I felt when it was at its worst. I never truly feel like I can relate to songs, because there are so many songs about love and I don't know a thing about love, but I could definitely relate to this song, so it's in my top 5.

Impossible - Carrie Hope Fletcher

I love Carrie and I love this song. So it's basically the perfect combination. Carrie is so talented and I wish I could sing as well as her! I want to see her in Les Mis so badly, but I'm in the Netherlands. And Les Mis is in London. *cries silently in foetus position*

Clarity - Zedd feat. Foxes

I feel like I'm literally the last person on earth to discover this song. But the rest of his album 'Clarity' is amazing too and I can't stop listening to it. You might want to give 'Hourglass' and 'Spectrum' a try :)

Move - Little Mix

Yay I'm so excited for the new Little Mix album! This song makes me want to dance, so I think it deserves a spot in my top 5.

Can We Dance - The Vamps

I just really like The Vamps okay? And I think they're getting kinda famous now, which is pretty cool, because I've been watching their covers on Youtube for a long time now. I hope they'll release some new songs soon ^.^

Sooo this was my top 5. I hope I'm gonna get better soon and that I'm going to get some inspiration for my blog. Do you recommend any songs that I should listen to?

Have a nice day :)
